Description
Spherical Turning Lathe
The spherical turning lathe is primarily used for machining the external spherical surfaces of ball valve cores. It is capable of processing spherical diameters ranging from 1000 mm to 1800 mm. The machine can perform rough turning, semi-finishing, and finishing operations, including grinding.
The bed features rectangular guideways, offering excellent stability and high rigidity. The spindle adopts a triple-support structure, ensuring superior stiffness and high precision, making it suitable for heavy-duty cutting.
Customers can choose special configurations or custom orders based on the size and application of the workpieces to be machined.
