The CK61125E/140E/160E/180E (10) series of heavy-duty CNC lathes feature semi-closed-loop control and are capable of handling workpieces weighing up to 10,000 kg.   1. Bed:
    The lathe features an integral box-shaped bed structure made from high-standard cast iron (HT300), which is cast in one piece and subjected to secondary aging treatment for improved stability. The bed has a guideway width of 970mm, ensuring rigidity and durability for heavy-duty machining tasks.
  2. Headstock:
    The box-type headstock provides exceptional rigidity, allowing the machine to handle heavy cutting operations with ease. For specifications exceeding 8000mm, the feeding system uses a rack-and-pinion drive.
