Machine tool details of Anyang Xinsheng Machine Tool Co., Ltd.
Machine Tool Description
1.1 Main Applications:
This series of lathes is suitable for various turning operations, such as turning inner and outer cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, other rotary surfaces, and end faces. It can also cut various common threads — including metric, inch, module, and pitch threads — as well as perform drilling, reaming, tapping, and slot broaching operations. The machine is capable of machining steel, cast iron, and non-ferrous metals.
1.2 Machining Accuracy and Specifications
When finish-turning a test piece, the roundness error does not exceed 0.01 mm, and the cylindricity error over a measuring length of 300 mm does not exceed 0.04 mm. Surface roughness (Ra) is not greater than 2.5 μm.
1.3 Main Structural Features
-
High-torsional-rigidity horizontal bed, made of high-quality cast iron, with induction-hardened and precision-ground guideways. Bed width: 600 mm.
-
Guideway pair uses PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) wear-resistant soft strips, providing good wear resistance, vibration absorption, and long-term accuracy retention.
-
Spindle uses a three-support structure, offering high rigidity and high precision, enabling heavy-duty cutting. Spindle through-hole diameter: 100 mm.
-
18-step wide speed range, allowing reasonable selection of spindle speeds.
-
Capable of directly cutting both metric and inch threads.
-
Carriage is equipped with a rapid traverse mechanism.
1.4 Machine Model Designation
Machine model designations follow a standardized naming system that reflects the machine type, control method, main specifications, and design sequence.
For example:
-
CW6280
-
C – Lathe (conventional)
-
W – Horizontal type
-
62 – Series code (structural type)
-
80 – Swing over bed (800 mm)
-
-
CK6140
-
C – Lathe
-
K – CNC (Computer Numerical Control)
-
61 – Series code
-
40 – Swing over bed (400 mm)
-
In general:
-
C = Lathe
-
K = CNC control (if omitted, it is a conventional lathe)
-
The first two digits indicate the series or structural type.
-
The last two digits indicate the swing over bed (in centimeters).
Thus, the model designation helps users quickly understand the machine’s size, structure, and whether it is CNC or conventional.
